Once filled, the maturing spirit remains undisturbed in the same cask for a full eighteen years. When matured exclusively in Oloroso sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez, Spain, a rich, fruity and full bodied ' new make' spirit is transformed into an iconic single malt. The sherry seasoned oak cask delivers a single malt characterised by the mature oak, ginger and raisin flavours.
