Bellwether Single Malt Whisky – Batch 5 350ml (45.8% ABV)

Bellwether whisky is produced in very small quantities with this fifth release yielding 131 half bottles (350ml) at 45.8% alc. This whisky is heavily peated at 50 ppm phenols and was distilled in June 2014 and then matured in a dedicated 54L French oak (first fill ex-tawny/Aus port)) heavy charred cask for 4 years that was coopered in South Australia.
