Patient Wolf’s vision was to create the perfect balance between a London Dry and New World style. They wanted something different, a gin would stand tall when mixed, but also wanted to respect tradition and stay true to the spirit. Next layer down, it needed to be big, bold and complex, yet incredibly smooth and
balanced. It took them two years to refine and create their Melbourne Dry Gin. Their botanicals are steeped overnight and include: juniper berries, coriander
seeds, orrisroot, angelica root, cardamom, cubeb pepper and tonka beans, which provide balance and a silky mouthfeel. While fresh organic ruby grapefruit, oranges and native aniseed myrtle are vapour infused in a botanical basket.
